How these figures work
These are asking prices: what owners and agencies list homes for, not the final sale price. Twice a week we collect active listings from Lebanon's main property sites and agencies. We count a home listed on several sites once, turn yearly rents into monthly ones, and remove foreign listings and impossible prices. We show medians, the middle price, so one unusual listing can't skew them, and only when at least 5 listings stand behind a figure.
